Team Interview: Andreja Ausperger

I am a theologian, yet my entire professional journey has been predominantly steered towards project management and fundraising. Over the past 15 years, I’ve navigated through both corporate and non-profit sectors across Europe and the MENA region which provided me with continuous travel opportunities, enabling me to explore cultures and live in different countries while meeting amazing people along the way. In addition to project management, I hold certification as a non-formal education trainer at the European level, with a particular emphasis on fostering cooperation and enhancing the capacity of youth organisations.

I love exploring the outdoors, going for long walks, climbing trees, and kayaking and snorkelling the coastlines of where I live in Cornwall.

Team Interview: Poppy Livey

I’m a recent graduate working in the creative media industry as a videographer and social media manager. After completing my degree, I went travelling, which really opened my eyes to the climate crisis. When a friend introduced me to Another Way (a charity who have proved this is definitely not the case) I immediately applied for their social media manager role! It has provided me with the perfect platform to contribute to the journey to a greener future.

Team Interview: Dan Tucker-Bailey

I’m a marine biologist, currently studying for a Master’s in Marine Environmental Management at the University of Exeter. I believe very strongly in the need to take action on environmental issues – from waste and pollution to the greatest issue of all: climate change. These aren’t just ‘eco’ problems. Issues like climate change have an enormous impact upon people’s lives, affecting our health, our property and even our financial security. As a result, I’ve spent a lot of my time campaigning and working towards solutions – starting in 2017 with Greenpeace and moving on through a variety of charities before joining Another Way last year!

I’m Chloe, a second year Geography undergraduate at University of Exeter. I am currently studying in Cornwall, but my home is a lot further away in Hertfordshire. I love studying the environment, but I’m also very passionate about languages and actively learn Spanish and Swedish. In my spare time I run the Exeter on Ecosia campaign, a campaign to get our university to switch its default browser to Ecosia, and volunteer weekly at the campus conservation sessions. I love hiking, being in the outdoors, and spending time with my dog.
