Jili Allen Creative is a multi award-winning collaborative Graphic & Web Design Agency specialising in branding and marketing materials. Jili and the team have worked with Another Way since its inception, creating branding, designing, building and maintaining the website, visual communications guidelines and more. We are inspired by the passion and sense spoken by the Another Way team and the remarkable Amy Bray and are proud to be associated with the charity; developing it’s visual output and sharing it’s message to live more kindly towards our planet. Creative design needn’t cost the earth and neither should the way we live!
PACT is an environmental group of like-minded and enthusiastic volunteers from Penrith & the Eden Valley, fully committed to developing community-based responses to the climate emergency. Based on the overwhelming UN-backed scientific evidence of accelerating climate change, we recognise the need for our district to become Zero Carbon Eden. To achieve this objective, our principal aims are to:
• Raise awareness of the climate emergency
• Urgently reduce local carbon emissions towards net zero
• Increase community resilience to better cope with the growing threats of extreme weather, scarcity of resources, and economic instability
• Highlight and help respond to associated environmental challenges including widespread pollution, loss of habitat, and loss of biodiversity
• Collaborate effectively with local governments, businesses, groups and individuals across Eden, harnessing the energies of our local community to achieve the above four objectives
As well as wide-ranging grassroots responses by our community, we also believe that bold and decisive leadership is required from UK central government to respond to what is a global crisis. Therefore we will continue to add our voice in pressing for innovative national policies and changes in legislation to meet this extraordinary challenge.
PACT is registered in England as an non-for-profit Community Benefit Society (Registration No. 31972R).

Victorian House is a family run hotel in Grasmere on a mission to make Cumbria Greener by 2037. It was working alongside Lancaster University on their exciting cooperative-pilot project, the Eco-i Innovation Catalyst, that inspired Victorian House’s most recent sustainability scheme. This Plant a tree scheme encourages those visiting the lakes to minimise their impact on the national park. Guests staying at Victorian House are incentivised to ditch their car in favour of public transport. For every guest that opts into the scheme Victorian House will offset the CO2 created during their stay in the lakes by planting trees!
